Guido Groeschel

Guido can create a vision. But his true strength and passion are making a vision real. He is driven by results and takes special pride in working collaboratively with customers to build pathways to their goals.

Guido transformed the Sherpa Workflow Program into a standardized service offering. He leads marketing and operations at Sherpa Performance Guides. He also participates heavily in research and development efforts.

   

Guido's professional background includes managing product development activities—from concept to client implementation—for a web-based software product. He has over a decade of experience in training and development, including two years in Brazil with the US State Department and two years in Spain.

Guido has led training and coaching seminars internationally and is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional. He earned a Certificate of Advanced Studies from Thunderbird-The Garvin School of International Management, an MBA from the University of Houston, an MA from the University of Texas-Pan American, and a BA from the University of Texas at Austin.
